The customer acknowledges having been informed and having accepted the fact that the travel offers are governed by these conditions of sale. By validating my order, I certify that I have read the conditions of sale and declare that I accept them without reservation.

Terms of payment

Once your tour is confirmed, you will receive written confirmation (a quote). Once approved, you will have to pay:

    A deposit of 50% of the price of your trip.

    The remaining 50% will be paid one month before your arrival in India.

    if the trip confirmed within 60 days before arrival 100% amount must be paid.

    Our representative will welcome you at the airport and will issue you the receipt with all the details of your stay.

Cancellation At The Client's Initiative

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing (registered letter with AR, fax or email to info@passionindiatours.com). The date of receipt of the registered letter, fax or e-mail will be the date retained for the cancellation.

It will incur at least the following costs:

    If the cancellation is made 90 days before departure: we will retain 15% of the amount of your stay

    If the cancellation is made 60 days before departure: we will retain 25% of the amount of your stay

    If the cancellation is made 15 days before departure: we will retain 50% of the amount of your stay

    If the cancellation is made 7 days before departure: we will retain the full amount of your stay

Note : transaction charges and taxes at the time of refund will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Formalities

French nationals must be:

In possession of the identity documents specified in the description of the trip, and up to date with the required vaccinations.

To properly prepare for your trip, and whatever your nationality, we strongly advise you to consult all the information on the countries to visit and on the administrative and health procedures to be carried out on the websites diplomatie.gouv.fr and action-visas.co . Completion of these formalities and the resulting costs are your responsibility.

Claim

All cases are subject to Indian law, only the courts of Jaipur will have the necessary jurisdiction.
